Blasted Internet

Oh, that awful Blasted Internet pops up!



When this happens, it's very important to contact Zynga.  I have personally found that they will notify you within a day about the problem and reassure you that it's being taking care of.  Don't post the problem on their forum, but send a direct email to them.




Click on "SUPPORT" on the bottom of the page which will send you to Zynga's website.


Click on "SEE MORE"


Click on the "EMAIL US" link and file your complaint there.

Within a a day or two they will respond.  Usually I found it's within a few hours, but it all depends on how much emails they get.
